Friends of Williamson's Tunnels

FoWT has a number of small items for sale which may be of interest as souvenirs for those interested in the tunnels. All proceeds from the sale of these items go directly to expenditure incurred in our efforts to rescue and renovate the tunnels.

After years of requests, at last we bring you a Williamson Tunnels video! Professionally produced, this 49-minute VHS cassette tells the story of the FoWT campaign since 1996. Interviews inside the tunnels with various FoWT people are interspersed with modern footage inside the tunnels and film of the moment the Paddington section was rediscovered in 1999. Also, old images of the labyrinth and readings from the famous Stonehouse and Hand texts. Narrated by Radio Merseyside's Roger Phillips.

Information Booklet 2 NEW
Complementing the 'yellow booklet' below, this new 'green booklet' is another low-cost source of background information on Williamson and the tunnels. This booklet features old newspaper articles about the tunnels, old and current maps and several b&w photos. Well worth a read once you've got the gist of the general story.

A budget-priced 12-page booklet, telling the story of Williamson and the tunnels, with black and white photographs. The text is taken from various parts of this web site, so if you've read this site the material will be familiar to you. However, the booklet makes a great introduction to pass on to an interested friend or relative.

Badges
We still have stocks of our popular enamel pin badge of Joseph Williamson. About 2cm tall, including his name along the bottom, the badge shows the image from the Williamson 'photo'. Whether or not you believe it's him, you can gain great prestige and credibility wearing one of these at our meetings!
