The tunnels under Williamson's house:

Today, only the facade of Williamson's house remains above ground, but there are wonders beneath. The house only occupied the top right-hand quarter of the area shown here. The top left-hand quarter was Williamson's rear garden and the bottom left and right-hand quarters were the house next door. In this simplified plan above, the grey areas show the deeper structures, while the light grey areas are the tunnels and rooms just below the surface.
