This is inside the entrance chamber - the usual way in to the main tunnels beneath the house. The roof of this room is constructed with tightly laid sandstone blocks. The masses of rubble have come through the archway visible ahead. That arch would almost certainly lead into the Great Tunnel - if only the rubble could be cleared.
