This is a large square underground chamber, shown on the Royal Artillery's 1907 map of the tunnels. The area above has long been occupied by business premises, but it is notable that the end wall (nearest the cutting) of the business based there now is the same wall as built by Williamson's men - it was originally the side of one of his houses.
