Coming back out of the third storey, with a mountain of rubble alongside us we stoop under the middle branch of the H-shape and approach this fine arch. It connects with the side stairwell and beneath the temporary wooden floor FoWT have excavated and found that the steps of the stairwell turn right into this area, continuing downwards. The depth of the rubble beyond them (under the boards you can see) is not yet established.
