Now we have turned right into the second storey below ground. We are at the corner of an H-shaped layout of wide passages, marked by impressive arches over each junction. The loose 'walls' low down were built by FoWT to temporarily retain rubble. On top of the rubble are some of the old glass and crockery found amongst it.
