A 1995 geophysics survey of the tunnels site revealed this likely tunnel running from the 126 Paddington site across the remains of Paddington itself to the Bears Paw pub. The Bears Paw has deep cellars beneath it which hold a lot of potential for linking up with the tunnels, but the cellars have been lined and so investigation is very difficult. This tunnel, however, may become accessible as clearance continues at the 126 dig.
